WOMS / Inspections

To reset a users password or PIN you are going to need the assistance of a SuperUser who has access to the People and Users section of the WOMS website.

Resetting a password

Passwords are used to access website systems, if you want to access a device application you need a PIN.

Ask a SuperUser for assistance if you do not have access to this feature.

Login to the WOMS website.

Use the menu to access People and then select the People and Users item.

Select the user to be reset and the details will load.

Remove everything in the Password and Confirm Password fields.

Now enter the new password in both the Password and Confirm Password fields. The entries must be identical.

Now press Save. The new details will work immediately.

Resetting a PIN

Personal Identification Numbers are used to provide mobile device application access, if you are trying to access a website you will need a password.

Ask a SuperUser for assistance if you do not have access to this feature.

Login to the WOMS website.

Use the menu to access People and then select the People and Users item.

Select the user to be reset and the details will load.

Remove everything in the PIN and Confirm PIN fields.

Now enter the new numbers in both the PIN and Confirm PIN fields. The entries must be identical.

Now press Save. The new details will work immediately unless the device is operating in offline mode, in this case you will need to have a live connection in order to download the updated details.

Forms

The Forms system only uses passwords.

Resetting a password

Log in to the Forms administration site.

Click the My Account link in the top right area of the page.

In the Password field click the change password link.

Enter the current password in the Old password field.

Enter the new password in the New password field.

Enter the new password again in the Confirm password field.
